The Arabian Cooler
Half fill a tall glass with equal parts of thoroughly chilled chocolate milk and extra-strong coffee. Drop in a large scoop of vanilla ice-cream. Sprinkle with cinnamon, a dash of cloves, cover with chopped dates and nuts, and top with whipped cream.
The Ice Cream Enchilada
Cut vanilla ice cream in the shape of a banana and dip in chocolate sauce. Roll in ground nuts and coconut. Wrap in a large, thin pancake (something that will roll easily and not soak up the liquid). Top with chocolate syrup, whipped cream, ground nuts, and chopped pineapple.
